I am currently an associate researcher at the state key lab of info engineering in surveying, mapping, and remote sensing (LIESMARS), Wuhan University. My prospect is to develop automated mapping and navigation solutions with consumer-grade computing units and sensors for applications in the fields of health care and environmental protection. I have many years of hands-on experience with multisensor calibration, odometry, and mapping. My current focus is odometry and mapping for automated robots in adverse conditions, say fog and smoke and darkness, and building condition monitoring by consumer-grade components, say android phones and livox lidars.
